Review on 🔘 Front Driver Side Brake Shield - Genuine GM Parts 15704499 by Michael Mendoza

I can't give it five stars (even if I wanted to) as it has (far from perfect in my opinion) no noticeable added rust preventative or high temperature paint to prevent metal from corroding soon after the Installation. looks like galvanized sheet metal, but? The advertisement does not mention the type of material it is made of. I would like to see at least some sealing to cover a bare metal object to at least make it more durable (again just my opinion) so that it can be guaranteed against defect/rust for 1-3 years. To be honest, I expect more from ac delco. Otherwise the item is exactly as described and was delivered quickly and without damage. and? Can't complain as this part sold at a great price considering most auto parts stores here don't even stock Acdelco parts. a can of high temp brake parts paint for an additional $16 for me just to make sure these Acdelco/Factory parts last as long as they should (again, just my opinion). otherwise i would say that no other manufacturer can and does make these parts better than ac delco. and? Therefore I can highly recommend them as a spare part for your truck.
