After struggling with my Harbor Freight Flaring Tool, I took the plunge and bought this. It was a great decision as it just flares the tubes perfectly. I don't know what the other reviewers are saying wrong, I've never had center flare or any issues at all. I suspect an operator error caused other reviewers to give this item poor ratings. It's simply a well-made tool in a handy box. Even the box is better than expected, it has real hinge pins and no crappy plastic that breaks when you open and close it. The bonus is that it comes with bubble and dual flash accessories, there was a bit more but now you don't have to buy anything for your flashlight needs. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.
