Easy to change out once you get the hang of it. There are no instructions in this package so I had to look up some stuff on YouTube but basically all you have to do is use a screwdriver to hold the small screw on one side and then use another screwdriver to twist the other side until it comes out. Do not lose this small pin inside the bracelet as you will need it for your new bracelet. This replacement kit does not include new screws/pins. My new group is now perfect 👍🏻
