It's very effective!
I have been a cat owner for over 30 years and this is the best product for using underneath the litter box! It is water proof, durable, trapped loose litter and even pee when my two boy cats missed the litter box! Love this product! And it goes well aesthetically with my litter box! I just bought another one so I can alternate. When one is wet with pee, I can wash it thoroughly with water and still have one under the litter box!
