I have calluses on my heels and big toes - so much so that in the middle of summer I'm embarrassed how my feet look in sandals. I got this foot scrub, soaked my feet for about 15 minutes and then put the foot scrub on with socks over boots for 2 hours. I couldn't sit still for 2 hours so wearing socks over boots was very helpful and necessary. Nothing happened for the first two days, but on the third day the toe started to peel off a little. It was so tempting to put moisturizer on my feet but the directions told me not to and I really wanted my calluses to go away and give the product time to work so I didn't. On the 4th day I looked at my legs and the skin was really loose. I started poking around and more came out. I'm a little impatient and the weather was nice, so I took a pumice stone (not recommended) outside and rubbed my feet and toes with it. It's amazing how much it stimulated exfoliation and I was so happy to do it outside. I've been working on my legs for about an hour and I'm sure there will be more chips in the next few days but they look better now than they did in early summer! This product is worth the money because it works. ! My legs are starting to look great and I don't have to be ashamed anymore.
