Very Disappointed

We bought this to replace the one we had (different brand). It was fine at first, we never used the full amount of paper, now it barely cuts through and instead distorts the pages like it's trying to push the paper through the cutter, at the end you have to flip the paper and try on the other Page only if you line up the holes already there, we do a lot of print presentations and this turned out to be a big disappointment.

Pros

REDUCED FORCE - Specially designed punch requires 30% less manual force than comparable models. The one-touch punch prolongs the life of the punch.
