I wish I could write some reviews. One for the soundbar itself, one for the remote control and one for customer service. The soundbar deserves five stars and the remote control sucks. The one that came with the soundbar didn't work at all, even with a new battery. They sent another one that worked for about a week. I contacted the seller several times and they ignored me. Although I paid for a working remote, I would agree to a code to use the universal remote. They didn't even help with this and none of the online codes worked. Five stars for the soundbar, none for the remote, minus the seller.
