I recently discovered Turkish coffee and I LOVE it. I've tried doing this in a French press (along with other methods) but you miss the foam. I wanted to try ibrik and found one at a local shop but it was very easy. I chose this one after weighing cost, size and attractiveness. The photos of this pot are not true. That is beautiful! And well designed. Ibriki is good for leaving the dregs in the pot rather than in the cup. I love that you don't have to wash the ibriki if you're just making coffee in them. Just rinse. I love this pot!
