Good news on speaker mounts

Let me first explain the 4 stars and therefore the cons and then move on to the pros. Don't rely on the weight limit as a criterion for this purchase. If you have max weight and high unit, it looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's just physics. With this type of speaker, you can mount the speaker in the center or just hang it on the wall if you don't need to point it at an angle. In my case, the speaker only weighs 8 pounds and I needed to be able to tilt the speaker and mount it far enough from the wall to position it. This can make it a bit distracting in your home theater. I believe speakers should be heard, not seen. These speakers are not a work of art. The wall brackets consist of two flat black parts, mainly made of metal. I chose them to be functional but minimally noticeable. You are good at it. You must follow the instructions for the part as it must be installed in a specific order. Details of accessories closely match. I rehearsed the setup several times before proceeding to complete it. I had to shave off a few small burrs on the plastic parts to complete the finishing touches. All this just to say that patience is a necessary step in installation.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged
