I think I'll be the first to comment. Okay, from the beginning my parents designed and made this knife. The concern, of course, is that I will be biased in my opinion of this product. However, I like to provide an overview without being biased. It was delivered to us nicely packaged and my wife came up to me with a big smile and held it in her hand. We took it out, held it and felt the blade. Wow. We usually kept it with the other knives but my wife didn't have any of it. It's funny, it's so beautiful, she put it in the kitchen almost like a museum piece. At first I thought the all-metal handle would unbalance the blade, but it was perfectly balanced and felt good in the hand. I know how much work and research went into the development of this product and I was beginning to believe it would never happen. But finally! It's dangerously easy to cut. It will be interesting to see how well it performs over time. We've only had it a few days but having owned many different styles of knives over time this one far exceeds it in quality and value. I predict this knife will pass all the tests and become a chef's favorite. .
