Terrible customer service and no instructions
Bought this product for a long trip. The item arrived on time but without instructions/instructions/safety instructions on how to use or install the product. Of course, it is very important to mount the roof rack correctly so as not to create a hazard on the road. We tried contacting the seller and asking for instructions or a link to a tutorial but never received a response. We were unable to use the product and will be returning it for a refund.
