Review on HotelSilverlight by Jacob Rasmussen

The system as in all hotels has every single thing to make your stay so much better for you, also that I like what we have been able find so far regarding rooms layouts etc, there are no problems whatsoever about this product at any time yet! No complaints of my own but if someone had something not quite working or wanted anything different i would be more than happy too help them out with it because they want their service/product improve by me being here ;) We use this system to manage all our hotels in Central Europe, including over 40 different brands of hotel rooms! It allows us centralize everything under one roof (including financial accounting).

There are some issues with its UI which can be quite hard for new users or people who don't speak German very well- but there's nothing that I wouldn;t recommend changing about it if you're happy using their product as such.- great support team - easy access via mobile app/web interface.
