Nice chair especially for 12k. Took at a discount + cashback. Only Razer or Anda is better, but they have a completely cosmic price tag. Assembly company "Bureaucrat". At first I was upset, I thought it would be the same as their own chairs, half the details would be missing. But thank God it worked out and only one plug on the leg was missing, this is not critical. The instruction is very incomprehensible, but after sitting and picking it up manually, you can figure out what goes where, as a result, I assembled it in an hour. Another hour I figured out how to adjust, other reviews helped, the back handle must be lifted straight up strongly to start adjusting, but I still haven’t fully figured out the swing.
