It doesn't work on my phone 12 pro max Revain refunded my money why are you selling this bad product!

I bought this for my son's birthday, it was just a gift. I can't believe it doesn't even work, he has an iphone 12 promax and he can't even connect properly, it says he's connected multiple times and it doesn't work. I'm really frustrated that it's a shame how you can sell crap like this and get away with it. Revane gave me my money back because it's pointless how dare you piss off kids with crap like that from China
