. These grips are a nice upgrade. They are quite flexible and the small diameter they add to the paddle shaft really helps keep my arms from getting tired. In general I am very happy with them. The only thing that bothers me is that it was almost impossible to put these things on my rudder stock. I have an Aquaglide Stingray with the shaft measurements listed (30mm/1.18") and spent half an hour putting them on and adjusting them. I ended up using some soapy water to lubricate them. Using pure water as stated in the product description is a joke.
