Does what it should.sometimes.
Nice product, reasonably well made. Velcro strapping on the bottom is too small to hold the the bin in place unless what is placed in it is light weight like paper. Anything of weight will tip over. There should be pocket or other convenient way to weigh the bin down so it does not tip over, which it is prone to do. I have taped a weighted flat magnet to the bottom and that seems to do the trick.
