I use this to hitch my trailer. Works perfectly. The mount is a little flimsy, but if nobody fiddles with it, it will work just fine. The helper app needed since your phone is a monitor absolutely stinks. This keeps your phone active even when it's not in the car. When the vehicle is turned on backwards, it may or may not be displayed immediately. Requires access to a + ignition controlled power supply as well as a spare live lighting wire. On most trucks with factory installed trailer wiring, these are all available near the logical point of installation. It's just a matter of connecting the right cables. I would get a perfect score as the app improves. On my Samsung Note 8 (certainly not a cheap phone) this is very frustrating.
