Disappointed with the purchase, useless products.

At the first start, I ran into 2 problems. The first is the constant modem freezes. The second is technical support, or rather its complete absence. I bought a tele2 SIM card for this model with unlimited Internet, a stable 4G network, the speed is also stable from 10 Mb. What can not be said about the operation of the modem. When contacting the support service, there is a kickback to the telecom operator or the seller. As a result, I inserted a SIM card into the phone (under the second SIM card slot) and there are no problems. The Internet works stably without failures. And I will return the purchased modem. I don't recommend anyone to buy it.
