In short, this mug is amazing. I never thought that something as simple as a cup split down the middle would be so convenient. I always have pre-workouts on one side and BCAAs on the other. I also love writing on it. Matte black is something to die for (it's a little overkill, but I really love matte black). The blender does an excellent job of what I use it for: premedication, BCAAs, and water. The holes in the jars may contain protein but I've been taking a weight gainer for a while and 1 scoop of Optimal Nutrition Pro Gainer doesn't fit in (to be honest that's a lot of protein for any shaker). My last bottle of blender was stolen and when I bought this I forgot my last bottle. If you need a bottle I would recommend it.
