The product is exactly as described but I'm still amazed at how small it is. I definitely need two, maybe even a set of two. I have two mini rabbits. They love it! They keep things so clean and use up so little hay. A MUST buy if you have a small pet! The moving part of the feeder that "locks" it in the cage is very rigid. It's good because my rabbits can't move it. This is bad because it's HARD to undo; I had to use pliers. There was at least one review that said the spring attachment can come loose and be difficult to put back on - that's true. But that doesn't mean it's broken! I haven't that long ago but I like this feeder. I can't recommend it highly enough.
