The watchband itself is very cool, the glow band really glows and just walking back in the house from getting the mail it was glowing like crazy. Love it. I will say it runs pretty large. The band is bulky but then again, so is an Apple Watch but it’s very durable material. I got the M/L and wanted to exchange it for the S/M and Revain doesn’t really like to do exchanges, only returns. So they contacted the seller for me and WOW, customer service was fantastic! They stayed in constant contact with me and were actually persistent to get in touch with me as their emails were going to my spam folder unbeknownst to me. Angela from customer support sent me the return info and mailed out a new band as soon as I gave her the tracking number of my return item. The only delay was on my part being so busy and not being able to get to the post office but they were speedy and efficient once I got my butt in gear and sent back the band. I can’t say enough about their customer service. Thanks for being such a great company Carterjett! I’ll post a pic of my new band soon!
