I bought this brush and comb for my very tender headed daughter. We have tried SO MANY brushes, the last one she threw and broke because she was in tears from trying to brush her hair. I’m personally sick of throwing away plastic brushes that never decompose since we buy so many to try to find what works for her so I went with this type of brush at the suggestion of the lady who cuts my daughter’s hair. The size of the brush and comb work well for her little 8 year old hands as well as my adult hands, that was the first thing I noticed. Secondly, she brushed her hair with no complaints, she’s been playing outside so she even had some tangles to work through. I took over brushing to get a feel for it and felt how the brush gently worked over the tangles and eventually got them out with NO COMPLAINTS! Then she got so excited about how silky her hair felt. And even she commented that she liked that the brush is not just plastic, so I feel like she’s happier and I am too for a variety of reasons!
