This is definitely an improvement over previous PS4 headsets, but there are still a few design issues I'd like to address. First off, I'd like to point out that there are some people who do experience noise-cancellation and slight popping from the headset, however this is a lack of PlayStation ergonomics and possibly the way it mounts on your entertainment stand. A simple solution would be to move either cables or devices away from the key that could potentially be causing interference, and you can also get an extension cord to move the key away, which is the least desirable option. I'll start by listing the pros and cons below. Also remember that they do not fold. So if that's important to you, you won't find it in these headphones. Pros The sound quality is excellent. 3D audio voice profiles are good, although there are still very few options. The overall comfort is excellent. The new headband is a nice addition as I've ripped 2 headbands on gold headsets in the past. (Bose seems to have got it right, and I don't know why they didn't use the same design.) Some people may lack bass. So if you're a bass lover, give these a try and consider returning. them when they are not for you. They still haven't adopted USB-C. : Overall a great headset although there are a few things that I think could be improved. They're more comfortable than the Platinum headsets and sound similar to the older Gold headsets, with a nicer strap and 3D audio. For those wondering about the quality I would rate it as average. They're similar to the Golds, but the headband has been upgraded and the ear cushions are similar to the Platinum headphones. I recommend this product.
