Good spring, a little noisy.
This spring will hold a bag weighing just over 100 pounds (45.5 kg). However, this is a very noisy spring (jumping and squeaking). So I wrapped mine in duct tape and paracord and it fit pretty well. Overall I like the spring and it helps reduce the shaking of the heavy bag. PS Another comment I've read is the concern that a heavy sack might fly out when the end is open in the spring. I don't see what's going on this spring.
