Most companies charge you an arm & leg just so they can make money off your business (or worse - take over 100% profit). This company has been awesome! The products are top notch quality at affordable rates compared to other vendors I've researched. They have made it easy by having all my questions answered via email within minutes upon receipt of inquiry. If there's not something listed that fits what we need/want, or if anything seems unclear about any product/instructions received from customer support then i ask again through email. There haven't really ever been issues like this where communication wasn't possible (even though sometimes things get miscommunicated on our part) but when these do occur, emails follow up quickly as needed until everything gets clarified. So far great experience working with them!! We used ZC cameras specifically because we love how clear the video looks after recording.
