I like this battery fan very much. It can be controlled by the remote control or set manually. It has 3 speeds and is very quiet. There is a compartment to add water and/or ice for a moisturizing effect. The base has soft green lights that can be turned off. Directions are rare. It was easy to set up with one problem. I can't stretch it to floor length. Not critical for my use case, but a good option. With that caveat, I still recommend it.
