Review on Pulsely by Onsommoshit Mathews

I like how easy it was for me as an employee who has no background or experience with HR software / systems before this product! It's so simple yet effective at collecting information about our diversity efforts across all levels from management down throughout my organization - including employees themselves!! There isn't much there right now but they have done such great work making sure everything looks & feels user friendly first. If you're looking into using some sort system where your staff/employees will use regularly then definitely go ahead wtih PULSELLY. ! The dashboard is very informative and easy to use. I like the way the data is displayed and it is easy to find the trends that are most important for the company. The analytics are not as advanced as I like. The interface is not intuitive and it can be difficult to find the right data. I would highly recommend Pulsely to other HR professionals. The insights that I have gained from the data are valuable and I am using them to make decisions that will improve the retention of our workforce.
