The customer service is exceptional! They are always willing help you with any questions or concerns we have about our account/sender information so far as they can go back in time at their end without issue (which has happened).
I wish there was an option of adding extra security measures such as requiring 2FA codes when sending funds but this could be costly from my perspective due to implementation costs etc - however if your institution does not require additional authentication then maybe try out other options first? We use them primarily because all financial institutions charge exorbitant fees per transaction which makes us lose money even though the actual amount sent via Paypal / Stripe is much lower than what would normally cost elsewhere; also using PayPal means no waiting times either between placing orders & receiving notification once payment goes through vs bank transfer where delays happen often leading customers away before being notified by phone call after several days later that something went.
