Absolutely worth the price! Easy to clean and maintain!
I just followed the instructions that came with the pan - wash with warm water before use, apply a coat of oil, place upside down on a baking sheet and bake at 450C for an hour. And every time I use it, I just wash it off with hot water and immediately heat it up, apply a thin layer of oil and turn off the magazine when the pan is hot. One of the best purchases I've ever made. My pancakes are flying out of the pan! Love it!
