Installed by myself on my 2008 Sorrento took about 6-8 minutes. If someone held the elevator door I would probably make it in less than 5 minutes. Simply pull out the old supports (you may need to remove 1 clip at the top and bottom with a pair of needle noses) and the new ones will pop out instantly. My rear window and tailgate stays came out at the same time, so I ended up with a window regulator. supports.
