Review on WEILE Quick Release Accessory Replacement Indicator by David Magnus

This is a preliminary rating and I will update it better or worse depending on the seller's response. Here are my first comments after using this soft roller on my Dyson V7 for a day: ADVANTAGES: (1) It fits the V7 engine perfectly. (2) The LED headlights are nice to the touch and offer more light and functionality than I expected. (3) The quick release buckle on the side of the soft roller cleaner is very convenient. CONS: (1) There are 3 small wheels on the bottom of the unit that spin and help balance when vacuuming. However, the hair got tangled in its tiny axles, and after just an hour of use, those wheels stopped spinning. I had to pull it out of the case with pliers to remove the tangled hair. The wheels look fragile and can break over time. Can we get a replacement? They are small and cheap, but essential for the device to function properly. (2) There were no instructions in the box. So I had to figure out how to remove the soft roller to clean it. It wasn't difficult, but providing instructions to the buyer with the package is certainly a reasonable expectation. (3) And there was no warranty information in the package. Information about their warranty is also missing from the Revain page. That doesn't bode well. I hope that the seller will respond positively to these three problems. UPDATE 7/26/21. The criticism I've made about hair getting tangled around the axles is certainly a valid complaint. We have no dogs or cats at home. However, after every 3 or 4 uses, I have to take the wheels off and untangle my hair from their axles. Otherwise, the wheels will not spin freely. I think the reason for this is a design flaw. So the 3 stars I gave it seems reasonable to me.
