Dissatisfied with the Quality of the EBLLPA's Customer Service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with EBLLPA's customer service because I recently made a purchase from them consisting of a set of bakeware. To begin, the merchandise that I had been sent was of a low quality, and I intended to send it back. To start the process of returning an item, however, required a lot of time and effort, and the customer care people were unhelpful and sluggish. In addition to this, the delivery time took significantly longer than what was claimed, and I had to contact customer service numerous times to receive an update on the status of my order. My interaction with EBLLPA has, on the whole, been one that is aggravating and disheartening, and as a result, I will not be shopping with them again.
