The vacuum cleaner is heavy and clumsy, not for sick backs, the wheels cannot drive onto the carpet, they cannot move through the cord, the vacuum cleaner gets stuck, you have to lift it every time, but it weighs decently. The cord is not removed well, you need to adapt to gentle swotting on the button. It is not difficult to keep the vacuum cleaner clean, I remove my cover, I wash the filters in a bag for gentle washing.
