Can't say what we think of this scope yet, but overall it looks good. Doesn't look cheap. The only drawback so far is the support. Jumell offers very poor support. In other words: no support. The telescope is supplied without instructions. You need to go to the site and download this guide, which is pretty thin. We had great difficulties with the red dot finder. It comes with a battery but as there is no explanation how to use it it seemed to be broken. We haven't seen the red dot anywhere. We tried a different battery, we tried a reversed battery. Nothing. We have contacted Zhumell support. Even though they have a line in the contact form (it's the only way to get in touch, no email, no live chat, no facebook messenger, no phone number) they will get back to you "instantly". Well, this "immediately" should be taken with a sigh. Because nobody has contacted us yet. It was thanks to the great Facebook astro group that we finally learned that our red dot finder wasn't broken, but that we should be using it differently than we thought. And that was my only question for the support team: did we get it right, did it break, or did we just get it wrong? So I'd say: this is a good area to start with, just don't expect assistance and subtle guidance, and knowing that a red dot viewfinder will probably work, just look into the viewfinder a variety of ways.
