The original version wasn't great but it was ok. This manufacturer has completely changed the ingredients without notice and is still promoting the same product even though the ingredients are nowhere near the original. They had severe problems with widespread muscle and tendon pain while using the new version, which disappeared after stopping use. I go to the gym 7 days a week and have been training for twenty years and have never had any side effects like their new version with other products.
