Perfect for Kitchenaid
I've recently started smoking meat and this combination caught my attention. I could grind the meat and stuff the sausage. It's easy to assemble out of the box with a Kitchenaid mixer. My first attempt at chopping was a smoked turkey. It was a fine and very even grind. I'll try raw meat on my next project and then move on to stuffing. The auger and chopper blade are really strong. The outer shell of the grinder feels a little lighter but holds up well.
