I like the magnetic holders the most because you don't have to fiddle with your phone to put it in and take it out. This one is good for its configurability and strong magnet. You need to figure out where you want to stick it before sticking the sticky pad. It fits almost anywhere you want. Mine is tucked on the underside of a ledge that keeps it out of the way and allows everything on the dash to be visible to me. You can bend the metal to the angle you want. So I recommend drying the parts the way you want them before you start gluing the adhesive pads. This is a very flexible device. Once you glue the pads I doubt you'll be able to remove them easily.
