Limited flow, still good enough.
Actually useless in medium setting because very little water flows even at high pressure and high flow. The main flow path of the showerhead is severely restricted with just two small, off-center holes. This asymmetrical hole has a negative effect on the shape of the shower head. The side port seems to flow better than the shower port. The device seems solidly processed. Perfectly chromed. Precise threads. The controls and panning work very smoothly with minimal effort. No leaks. Includes Teflon tape and rubber seals. The swivel arm is handy for preventing the hose from kinking and gives the same hose a little more reach. Basically satisfied.
