Review on SnapEngage by Juan Moncrief

I like that you can easily create custom surveys for your customers using this tool! It's also easy enough where people who are not very tech savvy could use it too (although there may be some learning curve).

The only thing about snapengate i dislike would have been if they had more customization options in terms of survey design / layout etc which was missing from their product at launch time but now has improved quite alot since then!! Overall good service so far - great support team as well! Very happy client here!! We used them mainly because our previous vendor didn't provide us much flexibility when creating customized questionnaires or reports/surveys & were always stuck doing manual data entry into spreadsheets instead :(.
