Great platform with great support and constant improvements

We use it for our entire sales process from prospecting through close of sale - I like that they are always evolving their product so there isn't anything you run into as being outdated or not helpful in your day-to-day work flow. Sometimes some features aren’t intuitively designed (like how an email list works), but this could be solved by using more training/support staff who can help users understand those things better. Great experience working with SnapEngage- Highly recommended

I like that you can easily create custom surveys for your customers using this tool! It's also easy enough where people who are not very tech savvy could use it too (although there may be some learning curve). The only thing about snapengate i dislike would have been if they had more customization options in terms of survey design / layout etc which was missing from their product at launch time but now has improved quite alot since then!!
