We use it for our entire sales process from prospecting through close of sale - I like that they are always evolving their product so there isn't anything you run into as being outdated or not helpful in your day-to-day work flow. Sometimes some features aren’t intuitively designed (like how an email list works), but this could be solved by using more training/support staff who can help users understand those things better. It's easy enough if someone just wants something basic set up without too many bells & whistles; however, when looking at all possible integrations between different parts of my workflow such as CRM vs Marketing Automation software etc., sometimes finding what exactly would fit best within each tool becomes difficult due to lack of understanding about specific tools' capabilities beyond simple tasks which may seem straightforward initially.
