No connection to send photos

I spent money thinking it would allow me to send photos without having to go to the camera to remove them from the memory card. Technical support is less than helpful when you can even get it in other ways than email. Verizon won't help you and direct you back to the manufacturer, so although it showed it was online with full bars on the camera, I didn't see it in the phone's software. I would not recommend this camera and would fall back on my cheaper model without a telephone connection. I ended up sending it back because I couldn't get it to do what it said.
