Cycle tap - Not enough built-in electronic filtering

You need a better filter in this design - I isolated a DC wire and the unit is on a grounded/unswitched circuit that is completely independent of the washing machine is - BUT when this motor works 60 linear feet when the wires run (down in the basement) - it picks up the motor on the AC line and the crane works! Maybe there are 9VDC 1.5A universal power supplies (non-grounded) that might work better? I spoke to Delta - there is no solution/answer from them. Don't waste your money on it. Returned! PS: The Gen3 solenoid box is so sensitive that touching (from the outside) the battery cable will trigger the tap every time - so Delta's engineers have to pay some attention to the overall sensitivity - one more note - when this power supply is connected to this cable sensitivity the battery is gone
