This switch works perfectly, but not with a slight modification. You need to put down the back of the switch you are pressing. It's too thick to work properly. If you insert the switch in the state it is out of the box, it will either get stuck in the on position until you press the button to release it, then it will just toggle on and off momentarily and won't go into the on position . You will need to file or dremel the back of the derailleur to make room.
