That it's easy for my clients / recruiters, I can easily see their progress through each stage of applying/interviewing etc., as well as send them notifications when they're next in line! Also helpful if you have several people working at once - so no need to keep checking back every few minutes about who did what interview or which candidate was offered vs declined offer from another agency client!! Great product overall but would like more flexibility around timeslots available during day & night hours too sometimes this makes scheduling difficult especially outside normal business hrs where we are not always able to be online immediately after work ends e.g late evenings & weekends.
