Shipping issues I can resolve. Not from the company, but accidentally on Amazon. With the number of boxes I receive and how infrequently problems arise, I don't blame them if confusion arises. This vinyl was nothing but pain. This is the wrong cut, all other brands worked fine both before and after trying to cut this. It will erupt in some areas and not in others. I've blown half a roll and still haven't gotten anything usable so I have no idea how it stays on the fabric. I was hoping to find a brand that works for me wholesale but it doesn't.
