I was very skeptical about buying this product. My work on construction was considered "essential to the national infrastructure," so we kept working during the pandemic. After trying the pills I noticed a big difference in my behavior after 3 days. As situations developed at work, I did not overreact or become overly emotional about the situation. I would simply respond to the crisis very diplomatically and methodically, and again without emotion. Nothing changes in my sleeping pattern. But in general my demeanor is calmer, less reactionary, and patient. I highly recommend this product.
