Product arrived defective.

The heat powers on for 2 seconds, then turns off automatically, and stays off.Product arrived defective. Beautiful vibe with the animated fireplace although useless when it comes to heating the area, on the coldest nights of the year. I need a refund or a replacement heater asap.

Wish it put out a little more heat. But the flames look great.

Cons

Was disappointed at the heat output. Simular heaters are much better!
