Review on ✂️ Rubis Classic Tweezer, 1k102: Precision and Quality at its Finest by Helen Spencer

Good grip but sharp!

I was looking for a pair of tweezers that would work better on my brows than my round tip tweezers which don't catch the hairs until they are long enough to be visible. The Rubis Classic comes in a plastic box with a plastic tip protector to keep it straight if the tweezers are dropped or bumped. The alignment of the tweezers is good; They grip hair better and easier than tweezers with round or pointed tips. However, the tweezers are sharp. You'll cut your skin if you use the tip to catch a hair escaping the beveled edge. That would be abuse, but scratching under very short or growing hair with the beveled edge of skin can also cause damage. Doing this repeatedly will give you abrasions and an ugly scab. The tweezers hold well, but it is still difficult with hairs that grow along the skin, even if they are not very short. That's a little disappointing. The Rubis Classic is an improvement over my other tweezers when it comes to short hairs rather than unruly ones. The tweezers are approximately 9.6 cm long and 9 mm wide at their widest point. They are made of surgical steel. The coating has a certain texture, so the tweezers are not slippery. Rubis Classic is available in different styles: gold with poinsettia, red with swiss cross, silver with heart cutout, pink, two different handle styles, black with Swarovski crystals, blue, four different graffiti styles. , with a pink ribbon, with a Christmas comet, Japanese flowers. Rubis was smitten with trying to turn tweezers into a fashion accessory. Again, they hold up well, but care must be taken not to scratch the skin when trying to grab the hairs.
