fell apart on first use

no one to write reviews but felt like i had too much of it! Over the last 24 years in construction I have used many of these filters on our vacuums. For the first time, both new filters were installed on a shop vacuum cleaner. and the rubber bottom fell out/fell off as they tore. Complete garbage!
